Under 5 Classes Terms and Conditions

We only accept payment by card for these sessions. When you arrive at the class you will need to fill out a form with your cards (there is no exceptions) and payment will be taken the following Wednesday. if you do not wish to carry on with the session you need to text by the following Tuesday. Full details are on the form when you attend the class.

Subscription Classes
Superstars must have a two week cancellation notice for anyone to cancel their place on the classes in writing to info@littlesuperstars.co.uk

Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

Standard Payment
The whole cost of the camp is payable at the time of making the booking using our online booking system. Payments can be made by BACS, credit or debit card (there is platform fee like ticketmaster) or childcare vouchers.

Cancellation charges
Under current COVID 19 conditions we are running a strict No exchange or Refund policy. We hope to give more flexibility with this over time but this is the current situation

Waiting lists

If the camp you require is fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list and in the event of any cancellations we will attempt to contact you and book your child on to the camp. Please provide us with a contact mobile telephone number.

Exclusions
We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.

Confirmation of Booking
If you are paying by the online booking system, you will automatically receive a receipt with your full booking and payment details.

Party Booking Terms & Conditions

If you are paying by card, we take our FULL payment 3 working days before the party. You must leave your card details with us, as your deposit in case of cancellation
