Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

Standard Payment

The whole cost of the camp is taken by credit or debit card when booking by phone or via our website. If paying by credit card there is a 2% charge. Please note all payments will be taken before the camp commences.

Cancellation charges

If you need to cancel your booking or change days, we will do so as long as we have 5 days notice. If you cancel your booking there will be a £5 administration charge. No refunds can be given for
cancellations received within 3 working days prior to the start of the camp.

Waiting lists

If the camp you require is fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list and in the event of any cancellations we will attempt to contact you and book your child on to the camp. Please provide us with a contact mobile telephone number.


We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.

Confirmation of Booking

If you are paying by the online booking system, you will automatically receive a receipt with your full booking and payment details.

Party Booking Terms & Conditions
If you are paying by card, we take our FULL payment 3 working days before the party.  You must leave your card details with us, as your deposit in case of cancellation
Alternatively, you can send a cheque for £40 as your deposit, which will be cashed on receipt, and on the day of the party you must pay be cash at the start of the party.
